In order to apply for Primary Membership you must:
(1) Have a Pennsylvania Real Estate License
(2) Ensure your sponsoring Broker is a Primary or Secondary Member of Allegheny Highland Association of REALTORS®.
In order to apply for Secondary Membership you must:
(1) Have a Pennsylvania Real Estate License
(2) Ensure your sponsoring Broker is a Primary or Secondary Member of Allegheny Highland Association of REALTORS®
(3) Provide a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association
In order to apply for MLS-Only Membership you must:
(1) Have a Pennsylvania Real Estate License
(2) Ensure your sponsoring Broker is a Member of Allegheny Highland Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service
(3) Provide a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association
Please note that all application fees and dues are pro-rated upon joining. State, National, Local, and MLS dues are collected by the local association and dispersed. When applying, you will become a member of National Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and Allegheny Highland Association of REALTORS®.
All boards have a no refund policy.
