Fair Housing—Is It Really Fair? (Brett Woodburn) This class will cover the goal and scope of the Fair Housing Act, disparate impact, implicit bias, and diversity, service animals, steering, advertising, and blockbusting. Also included will be a discussion of prosecutions and consent decrees, and statistics will be presented. Approved for 3.5 hours Real Estate CE, and fulfills 2 hours of Commission-mandated Fair Housing. It also satisfies the NAR Fair Housing requirement. Instructor: Brett Woodburn
